Applicant Statement of Interest
In an essay of no more than three double-spaced pages, please describe how you envisage incorporating research documentation and reproducibility in your teaching and/or supervision of student research. Describe the courses you teach and/or the contexts in which you supervise student research, and how instruction on documenting empirical research could be incorporated in those activities. Indicate to what extent (if any) you have already taken steps in this direction. Please identify any courses you discuss precisely -- for instance, by course name and number -- and indicate which of these you expect to be teaching in the next two or three years.
Please also comment on how interested you are in interacting with a network of educators involved in similar efforts after you have attended the workshop.
Finally, feel free to discuss any other aspects of your background or interests that you believe are relevant to the workshop.

Statement of Institutional Support
Please provide a letter from a department chair, dean, or some other responsible individual, indicating that your teaching and/or research advising responsibilities in the next several years will include opportunities to incorporate principles and methods of reproducibility and transparency of empirical research. It will be helpful if the courses mentioned in this letter are identified by course name and number.

Supporting Documents (optional)
If you like, you may upload up to three additional documents to provide further information about your background and interests that might be relevant. These documents could be of many types, but here are some examples: a syllabus from a course you have taught; a student research paper written under your supervision; or a memo from your dean that outlines her ambitions for making reproducibility of research a priority in all departments at your institution and exhorts faculty to find ways of integrating reproducibility in their teaching and advising.
For each document you upload, please provide a brief comment explaining what it is.
